FULLRUN TYRE CORP.,LTD specializing in exporting Chinese tyres, not only researches and
develops high tech, good quality and latest patterns tyres--"FULLRUN" "FULLWAY" "ANTYRE" "CLEAR" brands, but also acts as
the agent for over 100 brands from 56 factories. Nowadays, FULLRUN TYRE CORP.,LTD is one of the biggest suppliers in China,
the value of export is 80 million usd in 2006, it will exceed 120 million in 2007.
Here I would like to describe a little more about our giant tyre program.
1. Technology Power
We mainly use the compound of Goodyear. For certain part of the tyre, we choose compound which is more suitable than the compound of Goodyear. For 40.00-57, we use a heat-resistance compound and for 45/65-45, we use cut-resistance compound.
2. Manufacture
The "mixing" procedure of our giant tyre is done in Seagift factory and "calender" is done in Sailun factory. These factories also do those works for the giant bias tyres of Michelin, Bridgestone and Pirelli brand. The equipments in Sailun factory are designed for OTR radial tyres, it's very accurate.
The other working procedures (building, drying, vulcanization and inspection) are done in our own factory.
Our workers all have been working in factoris like Triangle. They have a lot of experience on producing giant OTR tyres. And they are strictly trained before start working in our own factory.
For each tyre produced, we will examine it carefully and never allow a single piece of defected tyre be sold to our customer.
3. Materials
We use the best materials (accelerant, carbon etc.) to produce out tyres for example, the natural rubber SMR-20 is from Malaysia. RSS3 is from Thailand. Many other factories use recycled rubber to produce tyres. This will never happen in our own factory. Plus, the proporation of natural rubber is higher in our tyres, which makes quality better.
4. After-sales service
We will strictly carry on the warranty of 2000 hours. If there is any quality problem, we will send our engineers to examine the tyres on site
